Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient well-being results. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to ensure the consistency of clinical pharmacy services and execute against identified partner-established pharmacy programs. Your primary focus will be on driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient well-being outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
- Drive the execution of various strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met
- Ensure consistency and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and examining results; and implementing changes
- Guarantee region pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines
- Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to organization financial objectives
- Execute and implement patient reputed company pharmacy projects to boost financial performance
- Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)
- Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
- Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities
- Advance collaboration and reputed company pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and reputed company
Essential Qualifications
* reputed company pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority
- Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues
- Experience working with confidential information
- Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
- Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
- Experience creating ways to reputed company objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining reputed company escalating issues
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state)
