As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for guiding the life-cycle of orders, from entry into our system to delivery, and ensuring that our customers receive world-class service. You will work closely with our internal teams, including supply planning, demand planning, and transportation, to resolve issues, provide updates, and drive reputed company improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a top-tier client account, developing and maintaining strong relationships through timely and accurate communications
