You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing real-time support to customers reputed company phone and email, and working closely with our Delivery Service Partners to resolve issues and deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting real-time investigations to locate customer orders and identify solutions to prevent delays
• Contacting customers directly reputed company phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and resolve issues
• Acting as an reputed company between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve problems, and arrange for re-delivery reputed company necessary
• Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekends, and national holidays
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction and delivery performance

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum age of 18 years old
• The right to work in the Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral reputed company – minimum of reputed company level)
• Good communication skills in English (both written and oral reputed company)
• Intermediate computer literacy
• The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. weekends, and overtime as required)
