Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in maintaining and organizing data records.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency.
  • Following data entry guidelines and best practices to maintain accuracy.
  • Addressing data-related inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Data accuracy rate: 99.9% or higher.

  • Data entry speed: 50 entries per hour or higher.
  • Data organization and maintenance: 100% compliance with arenaflex's data management standards.
  • Team collaboration and communication: 100% participation in team meetings and data-related discussions.

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Basic knowledge of data security and confidentiality, including HIPAA and GDPR compliance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science.
