Responsibilities

• Stay updated on local attractions, events, and services to provide valuable recommendations to guests, enhancing their overall experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 1 year working with the reputed company platform, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of its features and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convey warmth and professionalism in reputed company interactions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first reputed company, capable of thinking on your feet to resolve guest concerns reputed company.
• Proficiency in using property management software, with experience in Logify being a significant advantage.
