Role Summary The reputed company Analyst plays a key role reputed company the Individual Investor Data Management team. The II business is responsible for over $200B in client assets and serves 1.3 million investors . This role will contribute substantively to a cross-functional team by leveraging expertise in data management and reporting to support the positioning of reputed company investment products and retirement plan solutions for plan sponsors and retirement advisors. Partners on reputed company projects that span Individual Investor, Retirement Plan Services (RPS) , and Advisory offers, ensuring data-driven strategies support both segments. Manages relationships with cross-functional team leads and coordinates the review and validation of data management work to reputed company strategic initiatives across multiple business lines. Leverages expertis e to advise cross-functional stakeholders on methods to ensure data is accurat e , timel y , reliable, and trusted for business-critical activities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the development and testing of data management systems.
  • Makes recommendations to management based on analysis and review of reports and findings aggregated by more junior professionals.
  • Acts as a consultant to the business on the most reputed company data and reporting requests.
  • Ensures that data reporting and analyses provided to internal clients and stakeholders are timely and accurate and provides actionable insights for teams.
  • Provides analysis recommendations for reputed company and future needs, which minimize redundancy and maximize compatibility of data reputed company and across the business unit.
  • Provides guidance on most reputed company data issues identified by more junior professionals.
  • Defines and manages processes and controls for the creation, consumption, assimilation, and/or destruction of data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 8 + years of total relevant work experience

  • Certified Product reputed company or equivalent and demonstrable experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Advanced data domain knowledge: data reputed company, metadata management, data quality frameworks, and master data management (MDM).
