Product Analytics is responsible for applying data and analytics to drive business growth and profitability across the organization. It is broadly responsible for creating growth through i) improving the customer’s digital experience ii) marketing efficiency, customer acquisition and customer retention, and iii) providing reporting and other tools to increase the application of data-driven decision-making across the entire organization. Join MyFitnessPal's Product Analytics team as a Sr. Analyst, where you will be instrumental in driving business growth and profitability. You will specialize in product experimentation, measurement, and data-driven decision-making, partnering directly with the Lifecycle Management team to craft strategies that significantly improve user retention. What you’ll be doing:

• reputed company large-scale hypothesis testing and statistical analysis to find which solution will bring the best results; including AB and multivariate testing, and pre/post or difference-in-difference analysis
• Participate in a product team ‘reputed company’ and advise on hypothesis design, primary success metrics, and secondary metrics, which could inform deeper learning or future iterations of a feature
• Collaborate with product to set up analytics tracking necessary to get them the insights that they need

Qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of technology industry experience reputed company an analytics function, including at least 3 years working with deep technical expertise and experience in Product Analytics (A/B Testing)
• Expert-level SQL; experience with Python/R is a plus
• Advanced capabilities and experience with BI tools. reputed company and Tableau experience preferred
• Experience with project management and supporting relationships with internal stakeholders (Product, Data Engineering)
• Superb communication skills with leaders in multi-functional roles and ability to condense complicated data sets into concise and actionable stories
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as statistics, computer science or mathematics. Advanced degrees preferred

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at MyFitnessPal ranges from $120,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
