Summary

As the Center for Entrepreneurship's Business Intelligence & CRM Analyst, you will support our data collection, management and reporting processes. You will report to the CFE Unit Administrator and will work in collaboration with the CFE team to manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and support our data analytics needs. The CFE prioritizes data informed decision-making, and you will present data to enhance our ability to understand and reputed company the information and tell the stories of our reputed company and programs.

• Design and manage the CFE's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems architecture.
• Manage the collection, entry, organization, and validation of internal and external data.
• Prepare and evaluate relevant data that support the CFE's reporting needs, including CFE key indicators, annual reports, sponsored research reports, and special projects.

Required Qualifications* • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Information, Computer Science, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 3+ years of professional experience working with customer relationship management systems (i.e.

Zoho), BI tools, and database design.

• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization techniques for reporting purposes.
