Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with our Delivery Operations team and cross-functional partners to understand, define, and prioritize the most impactful projects and adapt to changing business needs and novel opportunities in the fulfillment space.
• Setting your team's product strategy and roadmap to support our Satisfaction objectives, working intelligently, and communicating responsibilities and updates to your teams and partners on a reputed company rhythm.
