  • Onboarding and Support: Host onboarding calls, support sessions, and product demonstrations to ensure new customers can effectively use our product.
  • Analytical Review: Conduct analytical reviews of customer usage during trial periods, identifying opportunities to optimize product adoption and ensuring customers reputed company maximum benefit from our solution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Support and Sales teams to provide assistance with support requests, sales inquiries, and upselling opportunities.
