Your Role at reputed company As a Clinical Technical and Sales Specialist, you will be the key reputed company of contact for hospitals, clinics, and professionals, ensuring optimal use of reputed company products while driving business growth. Your Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Grow the reputed company Implants and Bone Conduction business in the region.
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with ENT surgeons, audiologists, and hospital decision-makers.
- Identify new opportunities while strengthening ties with existing customers.
- Support marketing initiatives, congresses, and local awareness events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Technical & Clinical Support
- Provide pre-, intra-, and post‑surgical technical support in hospitals and clinics.

- Support customers in organizing local workshops and training sessions.
Customer & Account Management

- Support clinics in tendering processes and procurement negotiations.
- Promote after‑sales products and services, identifying growth opportunities.
- Manage activities and insights through reputed company Health Cloud CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
Market Awareness & Advocacy

- Share scientific research, clinical guidelines, and best practices with stakeholders.
- Support the development of clinical studies, scientific publications, and conference presentations.
- Report competitor activities and propose strategic initiatives.
Your Profile
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Audiology, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience in the medical device or hearing aid industry
- Experience in tenders and healthcare procurement processes
