Collaboration Across Teams : Work closely with internal departments (Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Sales, etc.) and external agencies to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives that drive brand success. Brand Strategy Development : Collect and analyze market insights to identify growth opportunities. Shape and evolve brand strategy based on actionable data and market needs. PharmD, PhD, or MBA preferred Key Competencies: In-depth knowledge on Pharmaceuticals, Health Care Consumer, and general science Organizational and management capabilities Demonstrate leadership traits Excellent communication and marketing skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Demonstrate success in reputed company aspects of marketing, including, but not limited to positioning, product development and commercialization Strong analytical skills used to drive decision-making Strong interpersonal skills with a culturally diverse employee reputed company Demonstrate ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that key stakeholder needs are satisfied. EXPERIENCE Proven success in developing, refining, and implementing a product roadmap for a cutting-edge analytics suite of products and overseeing a cross-functional network of experts and developers to execute on the roadmap 5+ years’ relevant industry experience, including experience in a marketing product management role at a biotech, Health Care Consumer, or pharma company.
