Palmstone Capital is a modern investment-banking and capital-advisory firm, advising mid-market companies across Europe and the U.S. on capital raising, growth financing, and M&A transactions. As a Partner, your focus is simple: reputed company mandates and run deals from start to finish. You’ll engage directly with interested founders and executives, guiding them through Palmstone’s proprietary short-cycle engagement process – built in-house to reputed company mandates faster and more effectively than the traditional model. This is a role for reputed company dealmakers who want to operate with speed, precision, and autonomy, backed by an infrastructure that handles everything else. What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with interested leads – founders and executives already expressing interest in advisory support.

Compensation

• 7–10+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Proven record of closing mandates – confident leading commercial discussions and moving deals fast.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, valuations, and investor communications.
• Comfortable in short-cycle sales environments – thrives on direct decision-making and results.
• Strong reputed company and credibility with founders, boards, and investors.
• Entrepreneurial and outcome-driven – motivated by ownership, not employment.
