Job Description: What You'll Be Doing: The Sr Director, Sales, Real Estate Solutions serves as a key member of the Sales Leadership Team and will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, as well as strategic initiatives that will reputed company the Real Estate Solutions reputed company plans. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience 12 years of direct sales leadership experience. 10 years experience working in real estate industry Experience in solution selling; strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative style Inspiring leadership that motivates the team and drives high engagement at reputed company levels Evolutionary leadership style who is willing and open to growing and transforming with the company Ability to reputed company and maintain effective partnerships internally and externally to drive optimization of sales performance.
