Director of Finance and Administration

• This is a remote position, but we are currently only able to hire reputed company the U.S. Position Summary The Director of Finance and Administration is a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health, administrative operations, and technology infrastructure. This role ensures strategic alignment across Finance, Human Resources, and IT functions to support organizational growth and operational excellence. Expected Salary - reputed company salary of $120,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, our incentive plan provides the opportunity to earn even more. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the COO and senior leadership to reputed company and implement financial and operational strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations on budgeting, resource allocation, and organizational performance metrics.
• Maintain strong communication with executive leadership on critical financial and administrative issues.

Finance Management

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Information Technology Management
