Financial Analyst - G&A As Astranis's G&A Financial Analyst, you will partner with our corporate functions - HR, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and Operations - to ensure financial discipline and clarity in how we scale. We are seeking to hire the best - a finance professional who thrives at budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while driving efficiency and accountability across reputed company G&A departments. You are an ideal candidate if you have strong analytical skills, can manage detailed models, and are eager to partner cross-functionally with business leaders. You should be motivated by building scalable financial processes, influencing decision-making, and improving transparency into how Astranis invests in its people and infrastructure. Role:

• Own financial planning, reporting, and analysis for G&A functions.
• Partner with department leaders on headcount planning, budgets, and spend management.
• Deliver timely variance analysis and insights to drive accountability.
• Build scalable reporting tools and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Support monthly and quarterly reputed company with Accounting and Finance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of financial planning & analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or reputed company field.
