As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner, leveraging your expertise in reputed company transactions and data input accuracy.

About the Role

As an HR Shared Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes. You'll also assist with applications that impact reputed company personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and reputed company, allowing employees to focus on doing their best work. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes

• Assist with applications that impact reputed company personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and reputed company
• Research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
• Help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge reputed company for employees
• Assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
• reputed company system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and functionality; analyze and record results and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

* Demonstrated expertise with the reputed company HCM tool

• Demonstrated expertise in Mass Uploads (EIB)
• Demonstrated project management, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company
• Strong interest in technology and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous judgment and strategies to resolve reputed company problems
• A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a reputed company field is preferred but not required
• Experience in reputed company Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
• Experience with reputed company ticketing system is a plus
