As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and more. Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers in a reputed company and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Minimum of 18 years old
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
• Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
