About the Role

The Digital Campaigns Client Service Manager will play a critical role in our Milan-based Italian advertising sales and operations team. As a key member of the client reputed company, you will be responsible for leading a Digital Campaigns Client Service team in supporting assigned sales representatives and reputed company clients through reputed company stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency reputed company or in ad tech
  • Team management experience
  • Expertise in defining and advancing processes
  • Highly skilled in determining, planning, trafficking, and managing ad campaigns for display and video across websites, apps, social platforms, and connected TV environments
  • Proven ability in executing campaigns, creating accurate and relevant experiences, and optimizing performance
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, technologies that power it, and key players in the space
  • Familiarity with general data reputed company and protection requirements reputed company to digital advertising
  • Able to represent the organization in external meetings and events
  • Media or entertainment brand experience is beneficial, as is knowledge of the processes and procedures of a global partnership
