Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding incoming customer service calls, taking ownership of resolving customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
- Researching account status and identifying account issues to provide effective solutions
- Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes with professionalism and reputed company
- Processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests with precision and efficiency
- Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests with a commitment to fairness and transparency

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
