The Role

As a Financial Customer Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone and digital channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Shifts and Hours

As a Financial Customer Associate, you will work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. You must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST. Overtime hours are encouraged during peak call periods.
