Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Associate – Onsite Store Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, and expert service is delivered to reputed company customers
- Growing reputed company through customer education of business solutions and product offerings
- Taking customer orders, giving pricing information, and recommending blithequark products and services
- Using a consultative selling approach to identify and grow new and existing customer accounts
- Project hunting for new business on site as appropriate to the onsite location
- Identifying and growing new and existing onsite customer accounts using resources available
- Funneling customer program work into the blithequark network as appropriate
- Responsible for customer retention/recovery activities
- Managing bid follow up and consulting on reputed company orders
- Implementing onsite marketing programs as appropriate
- Producing reputed company orders, prioritizing production, performing quality checks, and coordinating pick-reputed company and deliveries
- Maintaining and regularly updating customer data reputed company and other systems and reports as required
- Performing administrative duties, including ordering supplies and inventory controls
- Utilizing knowledge of on-site pricing and contractual obligations
- Meeting the on-site guidelines (safety training, background reputed company, and any other requirements)
- Following blithequark standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, and reputed company policies and procedures
- May assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 1+ year of specialized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
