Travel to Office expectations

For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.

For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside reputed company commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.

Position Summary:

The Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s legal and business objectives by providing expert legal advice, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial and technology agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position requires a proactive, business-oriented lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and demonstrates strong judgment, reputed company, and communication skills. The Legal Counsel will contribute to process improvements, risk management, and the overall success of the Legal Department, while helping drive innovation and operational excellence.

Our salary ranges are determined byjob and level.
