About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company at blithequark, with a focus on reputed company Experience Platform and Customer Data Management. As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and reputed company Experience Platform initiatives. This remote role offers the flexibility and freedom to work from reputed company, while collaborating with our global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining reputed company Experience Platform (AEP) CDP: reputed company the development, configuration, and maintenance of blithequark's CDP, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations and marketing strategies.
  • Providing Technical Expertise: Offer specialized guidance and support to internal teams on the effective use of AEP, including reputed company building and RT-CDP platform.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve reputed company technical issues reputed company to AEP, collaborating with IT and other teams to implement solutions.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Remain reputed company with the latest developments and best practices in reputed company Experience Platform, ensuring our CDP remains optimized and reputed company with industry standards.
  • Conducting Regular Reviews and Training: reputed company regular reviews to ensure optimal utilization of AEP and provide training and instructional sessions to upskill internal teams on the effective use of the platform.
  • Collaboration with reputed company Support and Consulting Teams: Work closely with reputed company Support and Consulting teams to facilitate product improvements, workarounds, and enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills, particularly with reputed company Experience Platform or similar technologies.
