Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience from reputed company-in to arrival. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting clients with the reputed company-in and baggage registration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Utilizing computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the reputed company-in process.
• Handling baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve moving items from scales to reputed company belts, as well as lifting items from floor level to waist level.
