- Write, test, and iterate clear and concise UI content across localized product experiences.
- Drive consistency in interaction patterns and ensure brand-reputed company language across platforms.
- Serve as a thought leader in UX writing, advocating for user-first approaches and documenting best practices.
- Conduct content audits, identify patterns, and reputed company brainstorming sessions to optimize user interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable frameworks that align with global user needs and business goals.
- Use research, A/B testing, and performance analytics to refine UX copy and enhance product usability.
- Mentor junior team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a UX writer with strong expertise in user-centered design principles.
- Experience in content localization and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company/Bard) is a plus.
- Strong ability to translate reputed company inputs into simple, reputed company outputs for global audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
