Advanced Systems Design is seeking a Decision Support Specialist (Data Analyst or BI Analyst), Intermediate for our client located in Tallahassee, FL. This position is onsite in Tallahassee, FL, and requires in-person availability starting day 1. Job Overview: Serve as the Data Analyst for the Department?s D&A Office to support data visualization and analysis needs. This position supports the Office of Environmental Accountability and Transparency developing dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense. ? reputed company visually appealing, reputed company, user-friendly, and insightful Qlik Sense dashboards and reports ? Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more reputed company statistical analysis ? Collaborate with data engineers and others to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes ? Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, scientists, and others to understand data needs, address technical challenges, and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization. ? Provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of the enterprise?s architecture to effectively support the agency?s business strategy. ? Required Qualifications: ? 2+ years of experience in data visualization and analysis with Qlik Sense. ? Proficient in gathering and cleaning data from various sources (Proficiency level: 3) ? Familiar with statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies (Proficiency level: 3) ? Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate program requirements into technical solutions and engage effectively with stakeholders at reputed company levels. (Proficiency level: 3) ? Good oral (presenting and public speaking) and written (documentation, briefing reports, correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) communication skills. (Proficiency level: 3) ? Ability to determine work priorities and ensure proper completion of work assignments. (Proficiency level: 3) Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience with reputed company. ? Experience with reputed company SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar data tools. ? Familiarity with environmental data. Education: ?
