We are a small but agile team of around 30 people focused on delivering business value, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible in eCommerce. The number of hours per day is agreed upon in the contract (generally 8 hours for a full-time role) but can be arranged according to each person's personal schedule. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust Shopify Plus stores and custom Shopify applications
• reputed company custom Shopify themes and apps using Liquid, JavaScript, and React
• Implement Hydrogen & Remix headless commerce solutions
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO for Shopify stores
• Integrate third-party services and APIs with Shopify
• Engage in reputed company stages of the project lifecycle, from initial requirements to final delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and quality

• Run internal workshops and presentations on Shopify development best practices
• Contribute to Shopify's ecosystem through app development and open-reputed company contributions
• Shape the technical direction of our Shopify service offerings
• First 3 months: reputed company and familiarize yourself with our Shopify development workflows and ongoing projects.

Start contributing to theme customizations and app development tasks.

• 3-6 months: Take on larger Shopify Plus projects, start leading implementations, and demonstrate your impact on project delivery and client satisfaction.
• 6-12 months: Fully own major Shopify projects, mentor junior team members on Shopify development, and drive significant improvements and innovations in our Shopify service offerings. We are looking for someone who:
• Has 3+ years of experience developing on the Shopify platform
• Is proficient with Shopify Plus, Liquid templating, Theme development, and the Shopify API
• Has hands-on experience with Shopify app development (both public and private apps)
• Is skilled in JavaScript, React, and modern reputed company-end technologies
• Has experience with Shopify's Hydrogen reputed company and headless commerce approaches
• Understands eCommerce fundamentals and best practices
• Communicates effectively with both teammates and clients
• Is inclusive, community-driven, and eager to learn and share knowledge

Bonus skills:

• Experience with Shopify CLI and Theme reputed company
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Shopify's Admin API
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails (useful for custom Shopify app development)
• Experience with Shopify's checkout extensions and customizations
• Past consulting or client management experience
