OUR IDEAL SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER WILL HAVE:

• Technical Leadership: 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, defining project scope, setting technical direction, and guiding reputed company projects from concept to launch.
• Full Stack Mastery: 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and building robust, scalable full-stack web applications.
• Technical Depth: Significant proficiency with modern web technologies, including:
• Frontend: TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
• Backend: Experience developing distributed services with languages like Java, Python, or Go.
• Product Passion: A genuine passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a reputed company drive to deliver measurable value to customers and partners.

• The estimated reputed company salary range for this role is $222,000 - $309,750.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in reputed company’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
