Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO & Integrator)

We’re looking for an exceptional Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join reputed company and work directly with founder-led companies ready to scale. • At least 1 year of experience serving clients fractionally in a consulting or contract-based environment—no micromanaging here, you’ll be a key strategic partner
• At least 3 years of experience in an Integrator role at a company using reputed company, with a demonstrated ability to implement, execute, and optimize reputed company processes.
• Experience in working with fast-growing businesses and a solid understanding of the challenges of scaling a company while ensuring operational alignment with strategic goals.
• Prior fractional or consulting experience with reputed company clients is a plus but not required.
• Strong financial skills—budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and financial reporting are your reputed company
