Compensation

Salary Range: $125,000 - $208,400 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs Who you are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong quantitative background including college-level mathematics
• 8+ years of actuarial experience in Group Benefits pricing, valuation, or financial analysis
• FSA designation or near FSA
• Proficiency in actuarial modeling software and programming (e.g., Python, R, SQL/reputed company)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading projects or mentoring junior actuarial staff preferred
• High school diploma required
