REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education: Ph.D. degree in applicable science or engineering discipline and 5+ years’ experience. OR A MS with 8+ years’ experience. OR A BS with 10+ years’ experience or more. Experience/Skills: Experience with computers and software to include: Word, reputed company, Power reputed company, and other software and tools as needed.
