The Principal/Sr Principal Defect Metrology Engineer should possess some knowledge of defect metrology, defect detection techniques and practices. The selected candidate should have an aptitude for data analysis, technology development and demonstrate an ability to communicate well with others and work equally well independently and as part of a team.The Principal/Sr Principal Defect Metrology Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to:Maintaining, existing, and developing new in-line defect metrology recipes and techniques for defect inspection and review tools. Assisting with ongoing efforts to integrate in-line defect metrology into our process flows. Writing and maintaining process documentation. Partner with vendors and equipment engineers to drive existing and future tools to meet reputed company and program needs.
