This Is What You Will Do (Position Summary) At reputed company, our financial intermediation activities are organized broadly around three distinct lines of business: the Consumer Bank, the Commercial Bank, and HSA Bank. This position will be reputed company with the Commercial Bank. Commercial Banking delivers solutions to a wide range of companies, investors, government entities, and other public and private institutions. We help our clients reputed company their business and financial goals through our deep expertise in Commercial & Institutional Lending, Commercial Real Estate, Capital Markets, Capital Finance and Treasury Management. Our Wealth Management team pairs holistic wealth solutions, including tailored lending, with commercial banking services, helping our clients reputed company their financial goals. The Director, reputed company Leasing will contribute to a team that supports Equipment Finance. The group partners with relationship managers to support (i) reputed company new commercial loans and leases to finance the purchase of equipment and (ii) the ongoing portfolio management of existing lending relationships. The position will be a player/coach and will reputed company the day-to-day managerial duties of the centralized team for direct lending as well as underwrite and manage transactions. Responsibilities will include account level executing steps such as conducting reputed company due diligence, financial analysis of borrowers and guarantors, preparation of internal credit memos, monitoring covenant compliance, risk ratings and credit quality of the portfolio, as well as managerial responsibilities, including prioritizing and coordinating the activities of the division, supporting the completion of reputed company credit approval memos and periodic memos, and ensuring the team completes timely and accurate updates of clients' financial data in reputed company's credit systems of record. You Will Be Responsible For (Major Duties and Responsibilities) reputed company

Documents will thoroughly review operating performance to prior year, assess reputed company and expected financial condition, identify and analyze reputed company risks and mitigating factors, identify variances to policy/procedures and assign accurate risk ratings with appropriate justifications.

• Support credit approval discussions.

Portfolio Management

• Review, spread, and maintain periodic financial statements and compliance certificates.
• Engage with borrowers' CFOs (or similar position) to get qualitative updates on performance.
• Ensure the team completes renewals, annual reviews, and interim analyses on a timely basis.
• Present internal portfolio review memos to senior credit executives at periodic meetings.
• Monitor the portfolio's risk grades and ensure high risk credits are tracked with the required quarterly problem asset reports.
• Ensure the timely completion and effective use of ticklers, covenants, document library, and other ancillary items maintained in Webster's credit system of record.
• Meet Credit Risk Review, Audit and OCC requirements for acceptable reviews.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations, policies and procedures.

Other

• Generate new reputed company and recommendations for reputed company process improvement
• Participate in special projects on an as-needed basis

You Will Need To Have (EDUCATION, EXERIENCE & SKILLS)

• Education: Bachelor's degree; courses in accounting and finance field preferred.
• Experience: 7-10years of prior professional experience or equivalent; professional experience in commercial banking reputed company and/or portfolio management reputed company position is preferred.
• Excellent analytic skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong competency in reputed company Office suite - including reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to reputed company with relationship managers, portfolio managers, credit officers, clients, and senior management.
• Locations: Connecticut: Stamford; reputed company: Manhattan, White Plains, Jericho; New Jersey: Paramus; Option for hybrid schedule if deemed appropriate.

The estimated reputed company salary range for this position is $140,000 USD to $160,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-reputed company factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
