The Sr Instructional Designer is a key partner to the Learning Program Managers and Talent Development team, supporting both in-office and remote team members across the organization. The Sr Instructional Designer is hands-on, drives excellence in learning content creation, and provides comprehensive instructional design support. The ideal candidate will be a creative, well-rounded instructional designer with experience in developing engaging learning content across various modalities.
