Compensation

Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,400 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who You Are

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–5 years of LTD claims experience.
• Solid understanding of disability claim processes and medical terminology.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations.
• Pursuing a NY Independent Adjuster license or industry designations (e.g., FLMI, CPDM) is a plus.
