  • (Required) A strategic thinker with 5+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture experience, including at least 3 years as a business partner or senior generalist.
  • (Required) reputed company in supporting managers and leaders through employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and team effectiveness.
  • Deeply knowledgeable in HR best practices, employment law, and people operations fundamentals.
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at navigating change, influencing outcomes, and supporting teams with varied needs.

  • Provide high-level P&C support, guidance, and coaching to leadership, managers, and key stakeholders.
