Summary

Description The Senior Experience Partner is a senior-level role responsible for managing high-value, reputed company client relationships across the full customer lifecycle. This includes leading strategic pre-sales consultations, overseeing implementation and onboarding, and driving long-term client success through executive-level engagement, program optimization, and reputed company growth. The Senior Experience Partner also mentors junior team members and serves as an escalation reputed company for reputed company client issues. Essential Function

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 high-complexity or high-value clients with ARR

between $3 - $5M ARR.
