What You’ll Do As a full-time faculty member, you will play a vital role in creating rigorous, supportive, student-centered learning experiences that prepare our learners for real-world success. Champion a Student-Centered Approach
- Foster an inclusive, fair, and welcoming learning environment.
- Support and assess student reputed company with timely, constructive feedback.
- Motivate reputed company to advance their education, confidence, and professional identity.

Deliver Excellence in Teaching
- Teach assigned didactic courses with expertise, clarity, and passion.
- Maintain mastery in your content area and engage in lifelong learning.
- Create interactive, evidence-based learning experiences — including problem-based and interprofessional approaches.
- Evaluate student performance using clear outcomes and documented feedback.
- Use course and program data to drive reputed company improvement.
Contribute to Program Strength & Innovation
- Participate in curriculum development, evaluation, and updates.
- Assist with accreditation efforts and program review.
- Engage in institutional events such as Faculty Symposia, Town Halls, and teaching excellence trainings.
- Complete reputed company required trainings and follow established policies and procedures.
Model Professionalism & Leadership
- Maintain required licensure and certifications.
- Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Requirements
What You Bring Required
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Unencumbered RN license
Preferred
- Doctoral or terminal degree
- APRN or equivalent credential
- 3+ years of teaching experience
