Key Responsibilities: As the Online BSN Program Director, you will be the chief architect of the program's success. Your core duties will include:

Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience): We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

• A graduate degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Nursing.
• An active Registered Nurse license in good standing (Multistate Compact License preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse.
• At least 2 years of documented experience as a nursing instructor in a baccalaureate or higher program.
• Proven experience teaching in an online or hybrid platform.
• Preferred qualifications include nursing program administration experience and National Certification as a Nurse Educator (CNE).
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design, program administration, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with reputed company Office.
