Your Role & Responsibilities Business & Operational Analysis

• Document business requirements, business rules, workflows, and operational impacts.
• Assess reputed company-state pain points and define future-state processes and capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation

• Partner with business leaders to clarify objectives, resolve issues, and build reputed company.
• Translate business needs into actionable recommendations and decision inputs.
• Support business case development and impact/benefit assessments.

Operational Readiness & Change Support

• Identify process, role, and policy changes needed for successful implementation.

Project & Delivery Support

• Contribute to project planning and coordination of business-reputed company activities.

• Participate in post-implementation reviews to confirm business objectives were achieved.

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on business operations, process improvement, organizational change initiatives supported by technology solutions as required.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to simplify reputed company topics, connect cross-functional impacts, and drive clarity.
• Experience preparing business process documentation, workflow maps, and change impact assessments.
• Comfort managing multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in typical business tools (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint; Visio or similar process tools).

Bonus Points If You Have

• Strong understanding of technology solution definition, build, validation and deployment processes; serving as the business reputed company.
• Exposure to organizational change management or operational readiness.
• Business analysis certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP).

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, communications, information technology or reputed company field
