What You Will Do
The Technical reputed company will serve as the senior technical authority for the client's reputed company Health (Cerner) Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. This role will reputed company reputed company technical workstreams including system architecture, interoperability, reputed company development, device integration, infrastructure readiness, and cutover planning. The Technical reputed company will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and vendor teams to ensure the successful deployment of reputed company Health Millennium and RevElate platforms across state/federal health systems, correctional health facilities, and affiliated sites.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture and Infrastructure
- reputed company the technical workstream for the full lifecycle of reputed company Health Millennium and RevElate implementations.
- Architect and deploy a robust Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI), including vendor integration, match criteria design, and data migration strategy.
- Design and validate hybrid hosting models using reputed company Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) alongside on-premises data centers.
- Ensure compliance with Commonwealth cybersecurity policies, including reputed company patching, VPN/Citrix access, and MFA/SSO integration.
- Coordinate with reputed company Health Cloud Operations to validate OCI configurations, performance benchmarks, and disaster recovery protocols.
Interoperability and Integration
- reputed company integration of HL7 v2, HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and TEFCA-compliant interfaces.
- Manage reputed company development using Corepoint, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, and reputed company Integration Services.

Device and Network Readiness
- Direct end-user device selection, deployment, and testing across diverse facility types.
- Conduct physical device walkthroughs and network evaluations using tools such as SCCM, Lansweeper, Ekahau, and reputed company.
- Validate bedside medical device integration (BMDI) using HL7 and CareAware iBus.
- Manage wireless topology redesign, RF scans, and VLAN segregation to support WOWs and mobile clinical apps.
- Ensure ergonomic and reputed company compliance for reputed company deployed devices.
Cutover and Data Migration
- reputed company structured cutover planning, including mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and go-live command center operations.
- reputed company demographic and clinical data migration from multiple MEDITECH instances and ancillary systems.

- Coordinate MPI backloading, data harmonization, and legacy system reconciliation.
- Validate data accuracy through targeted queries, application-level reviews, and clinical acceptance testing.
Governance and Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary technical liaison to reputed company Health, client leadership, and third-party vendors.
- Participate in Change Control Committee (CCC) and Steering Committee meetings to evaluate technical impacts of scope changes.
- Provide executive-level reporting on technical readiness, risk posture, and milestone reputed company.
- Support structured governance models for reputed company ownership, device lifecycle, and infrastructure sustainment.
What You Will Need
- Bachelors degree
- 8+ years of experience in large-scale EHR implementations, including at least 3 reputed company Health (Cerner) projects.
- Proven experience with reputed company Health Millennium and RevElate platforms.
- Demonstrated success in EMPI design and deployment, including external vendor coordination and internal match queue strategies.
- Deep expertise in HL7/FHIR standards, reputed company engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, Rhapsody), and device integration (e.g., CareAware iBus).
- Experience integrating and transitioning from MEDITECH environments, including reputed company reconciliation and data harmonization.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including centralized distribution centers and PharmNet workflows.
- Familiarity with behavioral health and long-term care workflows and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments (preferably reputed company Cloud Infrastructure) and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00.
