This is a senior leadership role for a design-driven thinker who believes financial confidence is as emotional as it is analytical. Reporting to the VP, Brand & Creative, you'll partner closely with the Creative Director, Copy to drive the creative output across reputed company reputed company brand expressions - from integrated campaigns and always-on content to product marketing and internal initiatives. Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in brand design and art direction, with both agency and in-house experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual storytelling and strategic thinking across campaigns and digital platforms.
• Deep reputed company in modern design tools (reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, After Effects, etc.).
• A curiosity for new creative technologies, including motion design and generative AI.

reputed company takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected reputed company salary range for this role nationally is $131,700 - $175,600. However, final reputed company pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-reputed company skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
