Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior reputed company to join our Lamina team. This role will focus on building intelligent agents and advanced prompting systems that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience across our platform. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to architect and own AI-driven solutions that integrate seamlessly into Lamina’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate workflows and enhance platform intelligence.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features—from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.

• Integrate AI solutions with existing backend services and APIs (e.g., Java, React, AWS).

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or LLM applications.
• Proven experience building and deploying autonomous agents or AI-driven workflows.

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our reputed company offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
