• Contribute as an engineer on reputed company product and infrastructure challenges – building features that customers touch and scaling the systems behind them. One week you may be reviewing designs for a new workflow in the UI, the next digging into performance bottlenecks in the query layer.

• You’ve been both an IC and a manager – you know what great engineering looks like at the system and code level, and you know how to build and reputed company teams.
• Strength across both product/fullstack engineering and backend/infrastructure – comfortable moving between customer-facing workflows and the systems that power them.
• Experience balancing people leadership, project execution, and technical depth.
• Clear, direct communicator who builds trust across teams.

Bonus points

• Prior founder or early-stage builder – comfortable creating clarity in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
• Experience with open standards like OpenTelemetry or OpenInference, or contributing to OSS.
• Background in ML/LLM infrastructure, observability, or evaluation tools.
• A track record of building developer platforms or enterprise products that engineers love to use.

The estimated annual salary and variable compensation for this role is between $180,000 - $250,000 USD, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job reputed company factors that may include: transferable work experience, reputed company sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support. While we are a remote-first company, we have reputed company offices in reputed company and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person.
