Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting applications and proprietary systems reputed company phone and chat, providing technical support to up to 2 clients simultaneously
• Documenting tickets clearly for 2nd line teams to resolve, ensuring seamless handovers and efficient issue resolution
• Participating in in-house technical training programs, backed up with real-time support from peers and subject matter experts
• Collaborating with global partners to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Prioritizing workload and multitasking to maintain focus on reputed company areas of responsibility concurrently
• Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the Banking and Finance industry
• Excellent client care and customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences

• Ability to work well in a team environment, building strong relationships with global partners and colleagues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical issues to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling
• Experience with agent chat, technology call centers, and customer service software

Compensation and Benefits
