The Role
As a Chatroom Operator – Humanized Conversational Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest industry standards for humanized conversations. reputed company our AI isn't certain about a consumer's message, you and your teammates will reputed company in to read, interpret, and categorize the response appropriately. Key Responsibilities
* Review and respond to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses
