Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer questions and concerns through a live chat dashboard
- Assisting with login issues, order confirmations, account updates, and billing
- Using saved responses and written workflows to stay on-brand and deliver consistent support
- Flagging reputed company technical or billing issues for escalation to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Tracking and tagging each interaction clearly and accurately to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
