The Role

As an reputed company Small Business Customer Service Representative (Remote), you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and a positive experience to our customers. You will become an expert in our two small business lending brands, each with their own unique offerings and customer requirements, through our comprehensive 4-week training program. After completing training, you will primarily be responsible for:

• Responding to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service
• Managing and responding to reputed company customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services
• Delivering high-quality support by handling tasks reputed company to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-reputed company matters to enhance the overall customer experience
• Upholding exceptional customer service standards through reputed company and effective verbal and written communication
• Keeping customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

Requirements
