Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with account-reputed company questions and issues, as well as inquiries about our various digital banking systems
- Responding to telephone calls, emails, live chats, and video correspondence in a professional manner
- Listening to and understanding customer issues by asking clarifying questions
- Using problem-solving skills, reputed company with knowledge of Blithequark procedures, to identify and communicate accurate solutions to customers
- Providing customers with information and education about Blithequark's products and services to generate additional reputed company opportunities
- Performing required research to solve problems
- Completing dispute, stop payment, change of address, and other maintenance forms or service events as necessary
- Monitoring and completing Synapsys events in a timely manner in accordance with established service standards

- Providing timely follow-up as needed
- Keeping abreast of updates and releases to software applications in order to respond accurately and completely to customers
